Steve Cibull – Principal

Steve Cibull’s career covers over twenty-five years of corporate human resources leadership and expertise. As a results driven strategic human resources leader, Steve operates under the principle, that inspired and empowered people along with trusting relationships and values form the foundation for a company's success.

Steve formed the Cibull Group to provide the employer

community a strategic ally to successfully compete in today’s business climate and meet the challenges confronted when managing human capital.

Steve has lead human resources departments for domestic and international companies with operations throughout the United States, Asia and Europe. During his career, Steve has worked with such companies as Lucas Aerospace/TRW, Republic Services, ITT Industries, and Coca Cola Enterprises.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Indiana University’s Bloomington campus and his Juris Doctor Degree from the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware.
